Return Policy

Full priced items are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and with all tags attached.

Sale items, including items discounted 20%, items from our Black Friday Sale, are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn or otherwise damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Submit a return request using the links below. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email notification with detailed instructions to follow. You will have 30 days upon confirmation of your request to return your eligible item(s) for refund. If received after 30 days, item(s) will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

On returns for refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit. Alternatively, you can also return your order at our Beverly Hills store free of charge. Return shipping for exchanges is complimentary. 

For international orders, duties and customs fees will not be refunded.
